Circular overpile stacker/reclaimer is a machine used indoor in a circular stockyard. This machine, distinguishing itself by such features as eco-friendly performance and large storage capacity, now becomes a popular choice of applications in industries like coal mines, coal chemical sectors, iron ore mines and power plants.

NHI is one of the companies offering the widest ranges and sizes of the circular overpile stacker/reclaimers in the world. Going back to the year 1998, Formosa Plastic Group brought in circular overpile stacker/reclaimer to China for establishing Huayang Houshi Power Plant in Zhangzhou, when NHI as the steelworks manufacturer participated in the design and fabrication of the circular overpile stacker/reclaimer. In 2002, we launched the first set of Φ80m counterweight type overpile stacker/reclaimer in China based on our in-house development. Now the machines can be supplied with diameters and corresponding storage capacities including 60m(15000-28000m3), 70m(23000-42000m3), 80m(35000-65000m3), 90m(49000-94000m3), 100m(56000-125000m3), 110m(80000-170000m3), 120m(120000-230000 m3) and 136m(140000-350000 m3). The machine with diameter 136 meters working in Shenhua Shendong Wanzhou Power plant is one of the largest cases in the world at present. The machines of this type has stacking capacity ranging from 0 to 5000 tons per hour and reclaiming capacity ranging from 0 to 4000 tons per hour.
